These terms and conditions apply to the use of this web site, including the ordering of goods. In using this web site for these or any other purposes, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and encourage you to review this page regularly.

Gluten Free

Whilst we, Slowdough Pizzas, take extreme care preparing our gluten free bases, we are not an exclusively gluten free premise and prepare foods that contain gluten, therefore, we can't guarantee that our pizzas will be 100% gluten free.

Delivery

We will deliver your order to the address specified and leave it next to the front door. If you live in a gated complex it is your responsibility to ensure you are contactable at the time of delivery. If you are unreachable our driver will return to Slowdough Pizzas with your order which you are then welcome to pick up.

Refund Policy

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind, please keep this in mind when placing your order. Thank you for your understanding.

If you have an issue with your order please contact the shop via phone or email, details of which are under the contact us tab, so that we can resolve any problems.
